• 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse serviced by CN Rail

• • 850,000 square feet of newly constructed (completed in 2013) warehouses on a fifty five acre site
  • 15 acres of outside storage to handle project cargo
  • Serviced by CN rail, with the ability to receive 85 rail and spine cars in one switch
  • 154 truck bay doors (unload/reload/cross dock)
  • Thirty reefer plugs
  • Strategically located thirty minutes away from Deltaport, Vanterm, and Centerm
  • Forklifts and yard trucks fuelled by natural gas (two on-site fuelling stations)

Our sister company, KTL Transport operates 180 trucks within the Port of Vancouver with a fleet of 1,000 container chassis.
