OPERATIONS AND FACILITIES - Receive import/export cargo by rail from across Canada and USA. - Handle a variety of cargo such as: pulp, paper, metals, OSB/plywood, automobiles, pipe. - Unload rail cargo and reload into ocean containers for export or local destinations. - Pick up empty containers from lower mainland and bring to terminal for export loading and then return container to docks for loading onto a vessel. - Pick up loaded containers and bring to terminal for unloading and furtherance to local or distribution across North America. - Customs, agriculture and CFI inspections. - Transload from damaged containers to containers suitable for rain and ocean movement. - Supply the expertise to block and brace containers for road, rain and ocean. - The handling of dangerous products and provide blocking and bracing for such products. - Serve as the off dock container terminal for OOCL. - Supply a bonded facility to handle cargo that has not cleared customs. - Empty container yard serviced by top machines. Our Burnaby facility is in a centralized location between all the docks and customer base and is serviced by CN Rail with access to other rail lines. We have 400,000 square feet of warehouse on 25 acres as well as a 40,000 square foot facility located in downtown Vancouver.
